To enable us to provide this unique service to our Customers we must carry a huge range of products in stock which in turn represents a large financial investment. But it's worth it just to hear how satisfied our Customers are in guaranteed same day dispatch and their order dropping on their doormat the following morning. However we are still at the mercy of the Royal Mail who handle our mail delivery.
Many online retailers carry little stock but represent themselves as 'The Biggest & The Best Yarn Shop in the World' but will not be able to offer the service that you are assured of when you shop at Stash Fine Yarns.
We now show our stock levels of the majority of our products online to enable you to ascertain whether or not we will be able to satisfy your requirements. If we do not have enough in stock please phone us on (+44) 01244 389310 or email us at order_enquiries@stashfineyarns.com with your requirements and we will order it in for you. This will normally take no more than 7 working days and as a reward for shopping with us and having to wait we will refund you with 10% of the value of the back ordered item!

| Postage ChargesOur postal charges are calculated on the weight of the order and destination, are not inflated but do represent a fair cost that is unfortunately unavoidable. The actual cost of postage is displayed in the shopping cart once the destination is entered.
Q: Why do some retailers offer free postage?
A: To entice buyers to part with their money and then make them wait while it is ordered in from suppliers for them which can result in delivery times running in to weeks.
Once you have parted with your money it is often difficult to get it back!
