Growing up at home with two grandmothers and mother knitting and crocheting, at 8 years old she was taught by one of her grandmothers to knit and crochet. She admits that she was secretly hoping to become a Rowan Consultant for a while and that a chance meeting with Sharon Brant has helped to fulfil this dream.
